Grand Haven Beach Wedding – Jamie May Photography

Greg and Nicole got married!! We had a wonderful time at Greg and Nicole’s wedding.  We started off in the Harborfront condos in Grand Haven where the bride and her ladies were getting ready.  We then heading over in the trolley to the beach to get ready for the ceremony.  It was a super hot day! I was so excited to see that the bride had thought about all the details, such as water for her guest, sunscreen and lip balm. It was so cute, it had their names and wedding date on it.  Nicole looked stunning!  I just love the dress she picked out too and her jewelry. She has very nice taste, with blue and green being her accent colors.   Their ceremony was beautiful, they did a feet washing, which I have never seen before. What a cool idea. The pastor referenced how Jesus washed his disciples feet. I can’t remember the direct message in this but if I had to guess it is how we should humble ourselves to one another in love.  It is always humbling, (I imagine) to wash another’s feet. After the ceremony was over, we had to hang out at the beach for awhile because the guest were transported by the trolley.  We took advantage of our time and did some beach pictures, although bright sun can be challenging!  We then finished over at the Harbourfront Grand Hall for the reception.  Great food and great fellowship and a beautiful wedding!
